What does the tool do?

Upload an XLSX, XLS, or CSV file and preview the data on its first worksheet. Supported commands can remove completely blank or exact duplicate rows, sort, adjust numbers in a column by a percentage, and show basic summaries. In a suitable two-sheet Excel workbook, you can match named key columns exactly and bring a value from the other sheet.

The result is a new XLSX file. Formulas, macros, charts, formatting, and other worksheets in the source are not preserved in the download. Review the preview and keep a copy of important source files.

What does it not do?

The command box cannot perform every Excel request written in free text. It does not insert COUNTIF, SUMIFS, or XLOOKUP formulas into cells or run PivotTables, charts, VBA, Office Scripts, or Google Apps Script. A subject appearing in a guide does not mean the tool automates it.

How should I use the guides?

The small example tables and expected results help you check an Excel method before applying it to your own file. We link to official product documentation where relevant. Formula guides are steps to carry out in Excel; supported tool actions are stated separately. To report an error, email the example and page URL below. You do not need to attach a sensitive spreadsheet.
